Body By Design is specifically a one-on-one Personal Training Studio, first established in Maadi in 2000. We are currently located behind Maadi Grand Mall. We opened our smaller 2nd branch in Zamalek behind Hardees in 2010.
The studios are small fully equipped gyms where clients can work out individually or with small groups of friends under the direction of fully qualified personal trainers with UK certifications without the distractions of a large regular public gym. No waiting for equipment. No-one watching you.
The trainers travel yearly to the UK to update their knowledge and take further courses.
Within an intimate relaxed friendly environment we offer a comprehensively equipped studio including a selection of cardiovascular equipment in a small separate workout room, and in the gym a complete range of resistance training machines, a selection of free weights and small apparatus to promote core strength and general flexibility.
Our experienced trainers have attained qualifications to professionally teach the increasingly popular TRX, KETTLE BELLS, REBOUNDER (mini trampoline) SWISS BALL , ViPR and BOSU. We are also the only team to work with the GRAVITY TRAINING SYSTEM in Northern Africa and the Middle East.
We also offer nutrition consultations to assist with you exercise program.
A free lance SALSA instructor works evenings and weekends at both branches upon request.
At Body By Design we tailor a routine to suit your needs, goals and personal schedule, whether you want to improve your fitness, lose weight, slim down, shape up or bulk up. Programs can be designed specifically for you whether you require sports specific regimes as an athlete or a weight loss if you feel out of shape or a fitness program because you are recovering from various injuries. Common injuries and the not so common sometimes, are our speciality.
You can work out exclusively at the Body By Design Studio as many times in a week as you wish, kick start your fitness program with a 12 session package and then take your routine to a gym of your choice or even use it at home or just visit weekly or monthly for a new routine that you then practice elsewhere. You will have a program designed for your requirements, schedule and fitness level.
There is no membership or registration. Clients simply pay the fee for their private sessions.
